The process of printmaking, is repetitive, slow and tests my patience. From drawing the image, retracing every line while carving, and rubbing my fingering printing the image onto paper, my fingers rub on top of the carving, retracing all its edges, creating a topological map of the image, ingraining it into memory in order to make the best print, after print.
